The scarcity of this item is several fold. The USPS is renovating any if at all remaining boxes , repainting and fabricating. Thus destroying its intrinsic value.
Having been collected by the artists of Hong Kong WIllie one owns a piece of history so fazed out even the Smithsonian houses several, by gaining a True Keys Treasure.
